About Stephen Miller
Born in NYC The Big Apple 1949. Been playing guitar & dobro/lap steel and bass for a total of 112 years. Pro musician since age 17.
Lived in Binghamton NY, England, NYC, Berlin Germany, Toronto, Brampton, and now Brantford (Ontario).
Recorded CD Dobrology 1997, Volume 2 in progress (see HYPERLINK "http://www.myspace.com/stephenmillerdobro" www.myspace.com/stephenmillerdobro for samples of both) I have played all kinds of music and altho I love to solo I mostly enjoy backing up a good singer. Played guitar & bass on the first Johnny & The Driver's album This Must Be The Night.
Oh, and I also sing myself. I'm told my version of Wooly Bully is "unforgettable".
I don't write songs myself but I have worked with several great songwriters, among them Allan Taylor (UK), Kendall Kardt, Tom Pacheco, Danny O'Keefe, Jack Hardy, John Thomas (aka Johnny Driver) and John Jackson (Toronto).

About Johnny Driver
Born in Sydney, Australia, Johnny has truly been "rockin' around" for over three decades. He started his career as a member of The Flies. Enfant terribles of the Aussie Pop Scene due to their wild appearance and frantic live shows, this led to regular TV appearances and some chart success. They supported The Rolling Stones and Roy Orbison on their Australian tours. After leaving the band and moving to London, Johnny released two highly original solo albums, Creepy John Thomas and Brother Bad Bone. These two albums have since become cult classics. In the early seventies, after a heady spell in San Francisco, Johnny returned to London and joined the Edgar Broughton Band as guitarist He is featured on the albums Bandages and Live Hits Harder .. In the late seventies Johnny moved to Berlin and formed Johnny & The Drivers. The band released two albums This Must Be The Night (featuring Stephen Miller on bass & guitar) and Homing In On Zero.
Upon returning to London he concentrated on session work/recording & producing other performers . He released a new solo album, 'Remember Me This Way' & a recent Drivers album 'Runnin' Jumpin' Standin' Still'
